A Little Mess creates hands-on creative experiences and craft kits designed to encourage creativity, connection, and a little bit of mess.

Because many A Little Mess products include handmade components, slight variations in color, texture, shape, surface finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and do not affect their intended use.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an order if necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the affected amount will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout before your order is submitted.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

Orders are prepared and shipped according to the processing and shipping information provided on the applicable product page or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Unless the return is due to an error by A Little Mess or a damaged or defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Returned products must be received in their original condition before a refund can be issued.

Personalized, customized, final-sale, or otherwise designated non-returnable products may not be eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order information and, when helpful, photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Many A Little Mess craft components are individually made or prepared. Small imperfections, air bubbles, texture differences, minor surface variations, and differences between individual pieces may occur.

These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not necessarily considered defects.

A Little Mess products are designed for creative activities involving children but are not toys.

Unless a product specifically states otherwise, our craft kits are intended for children ages 3 and older with adult supervision.

Products may contain small parts or craft materials that are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Craft materials should not be eaten or placed in the mouth.

Adults are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for a particular child and for providing appropriate supervision during use.

Please follow any instructions, warnings, and safety information included with your product.

Painting and crafting can be messy. Paint and other craft materials may stain clothing, furniture, flooring, or other surfaces.

We recommend protecting clothing and work surfaces before beginning an activity. A Little Mess is not responsible for staining or damage resulting from the use of craft materials.

Unless otherwise stated, the A Little Mess name, branding, logos, product concepts, graphics, photographs, illustrations, written content, designs, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to A Little Mess.
